Your main income from Panache Pets is derived from retail party sales. Your income potential is uncapped. Your commission will be based upon retail sales and distributed on the 15th of every month based upon the prior month’s sales. You can earn commission from retail party sales as well as catalog retail sales. The main measure of your success is the number and size of the parties you have.

Your commission is calculated on the following scale:
Sales Rep 10% of total retail party sales
For example, if a party generates $1000 in retail sales, you will
earn $100.

Once you reach $5,000 in total retail sales, you receive a higher level of commission based on the following scale:
Advanced Sales Rep 12% of total retail party sales
For example, if a party generates $1000, you will earn $120.

Once you reach $10,000 in total retail sales, you receive a higher level of commission based on the following scale:
Senior Sales Rep 15% of total retail party sales
For example, if a party generates $1000 in sales, you will earn $150.

Once you reach $20,000 in total retail sales, you receive a higher level of commission based on the following scale:
Senior Sales Rep II 18% of total retail party sales
For example, if a party generates $1000 in sales, you will earn $180.

You are also eligible commissions on the representatives you sponsor into the organization.

You will receive 3% of the commissions of any sponsored sales representatives. You will receive 5% of the commissions of any sponsored advanced sales representatives. You will receive 7% of the commissions of any sponsored senior sales representatives. You will receive 9% of the commissions of any sponsored senior sales representative II.

As a new representative, you are eligible for Panache Pets monthly sales contests. The top performers every month will receive an additional cash reward.
